How to use it
- 1
Add each subject and give it a priority from one to three.
- 2
Choose weekly study hours, study days, and the length of one session.
- 3
Generate the timetable, then print it or save the blocks as CSV.
Set the time limit first, then allocate it deliberately
Plans often fail because every subject receives its ideal amount of time and the total exceeds the week that exists. This maker starts with a fixed weekly limit and divides it by relative subject priority. A priority-three subject receives roughly three times the allocation of a priority-one subject. Only the last block may be shorter, so the schedule does not exceed the weekly limit.
A generated schedule is a one-week experiment, not a promise about the next three months. Record which blocks were completed, then change the total hours or priorities at the end of the week. Avoid carrying every missed block into the next day. Redistribute the highest-value work and remove low-priority tasks. Within each block, define one observable finish line and spend the final minutes retrieving key ideas without notes so time on the calendar turns into evidence of learning.
This tool works without an account and processes the inputs in your browser. Treat the result as a decision aid, then compare it with the rules in your syllabus or the latest information from the testing provider. A number is most useful when it changes what you do next: isolate the weak material, turn it into a clear retrieval prompt, and schedule another attempt after some forgetting has occurred. That closes the loop between calculation and durable learning.
Frequently asked questions
How many subjects can I add?
The planner is designed for up to eight. If you have more, combine related courses or rotate lower-priority subjects between weeks.
What if my available time changes each day?
Use the generated blocks as an allocation, then move them to the days that fit. Preserve the weekly total and subject ratios.
Does this tool upload my study data?
The calculation or conversion runs in this browser. Avoid entering confidential information, and keep an exported backup of material you cannot replace.
Can I treat the result as an official grade or score?
Use it as a planning estimate. Your school, testing provider, syllabus, and official score report take priority over this browser calculation.
