Our class started a small garden behind the library. At first, the soil was too dry for the plants to grow well. Mina suggested collecting rainwater instead of using tap water. We placed a container near the garden so that we could water the plants each morning. Although the project took more time than we expected, everyone kept a short record of the changes. By comparing the records, we learned which areas needed more water.
